PHASE 1
The Call
This is where the journey begins — the first spark of curiosity that leads a man to discover TMF. At this stage, he’s just starting to explore what the TMF Warrior lifestyle is all about. Maybe he stumbled across our social media or heard about us from a friend. He starts following our channels, reading our newsletter, and checking out the stories and resources we share. He might pick up some TMF swag as a way to connect with the message and wear the mindset. Most importantly, he downloads the free version of our mobile app, THE FORGE — his first real step inside. Here, he can log in, look around, and get a feel for the community, the content, and the energy of TMF. This is his chance to observe, reflect, and ask himself the question that matters: Am I ready to go deeper?

Active Status
When a man decides he’s ready to fully commit to his growth, he takes the leap and upgrades to the paid version of THE FORGE, officially stepping into active status. This isn’t just a purchase — it’s a powerful decision to invest his time, energy, and resources into becoming the man he was meant to be. He chooses his call sign, marking his place in the brotherhood, and enters as a warrior-in-training. At this stage, the real work begins: laying the foundation, building intentional habits, and watching his identity start to transform. This is the moment he moves from simply exploring to fully engaging, ready to forge himself into something greater.

ManMaster
In the ManMaster phase, a man steps fully into the heart of his transformation by joining the ManMaster Circle and beginning the structured courses. Guided closely by a TMF Coach, he starts with The CORE — the foundation of the journey — which includes reading Hank’s two books and uncovering the principles that anchor the TMF lifestyle. From there, he dives into the 7 Zones of Manhood Living, revisiting and reshaping every area of his life with intention and clarity. Throughout this phase, he sharpens his discipline, builds self-awareness, and grows as a leader in his own life and within the brotherhood. With each course he completes, he earns a new warrior star, progressing step by step toward mastery — until he reaches the highest honor, symbolized by the eight stars displayed on the TMF flag.
ManMasterPHASE 4
ManMissions
In the ManMissions phase, a man takes everything he’s learned and begins giving back — not just to himself, but to his brothers and his community. Here, growth is deepened by locking arms with his band of brothers through weekly gatherings, immersive challenges, and impactful events that strengthen his Fulfillment Frequency and solidify his transformation. Together, they celebrate milestones, earn meaningful rewards, and create lasting bonds through shared victories and struggles. For those who feel called to lead, this phase also reveals the path to becoming a TMF Coach — stepping up to guide others on their own journeys while continuing to grow himself.
ManMissionsFrom Civilian to TMF Warrior
Every man’s journey starts with curiosity—exploring our content, downloading The Forge app, and asking, Am I ready to change my frequency?
When he commits, he gains full access to our brotherhood and begins using the 5Cs—five foundational maps for transformation. His path continues through ManMaster™, a 24-month journey starting with Boot Camp and moving through the 7 Zones of Mastery.
Along the way, he experiences real Frequency Transformation and learns to See the World Through a Different Lens™. For those called to lead, the highest honor awaits: TMF Coach Commander.
