TMF Warrior

DUTY STATION

HOW DO WARRIORS LIVE OUTSIDE OF BASE CAMP?

While active-duty men progress through the stages of ManMaster training, they also participate in fraternal gatherings that bring TMF to life. TMF is more than just online courses and a mobile app—it’s about real men coming together in person to tackle real-life issues and support one another.

This commitment to authenticity is reflected in our tagline: Real, Raw & Rebuilt™. It’s who we are and what we stand for.

THE THREE TYPES OF OPERATIONS

Duty Station is much more than just gathering over coffee. It serves as a hub for purposeful engagement, featuring carefully designed operations that blend strategic and tactical activities. These initiatives not only contribute to strengthening the community but also play a vital role in healing and empowering the men who participate.

1. PLATOON SORTIES.

These one-hour, weekly gatherings bring together up to 10 warriors in a live, local setting, typically held either from 6-8 AM or 6-8 PM. Each meeting is led by a leader ranked Sergeant or higher. These sessions provide a safe space for warriors to share their needs, hopes, and challenges, as well as recount stories of their work on TAD missions.

Note: A platoon sortie is a weekly meeting organized by proximity, usually comprising TMF brothers from the local community. Most participants live within a 5-mile radius, fostering a close-knit and supportive environment.

2. TAD MISSIONS

In the military, the acronym TAD stands for Temporary Additional Duty. At TMF, we encourage our warriors to go beyond discussions in weekly meetings. We aim for them to take action and start using the TMF Viewer they received during Boot Camp. This unique tool empowers them to “See the World Through a Different Lens™,” inspiring a transformative perspective and a deeper impact on their missions and lives.

  • Warriors attending training for a specific Zone course are encouraged to serve within that Zone. However, some may feel called to dedicate their time and energy to a single area, such as men’s prisons, focusing on their passion while still undergoing training.
  • While we encourage warriors to complete all seven Zone training courses to earn rank, we fully support their choice to focus on the Zone that aligns most closely with their greatest passion.
  • During TAD missions, warriors have the opportunity to earn special commendations for their service. These commendations not only recognize their contributions but also provide points that help them advance to higher ranks.

3. EVENT RALLIES

While our warriors are always ready to serve their communities, there are times when they need to renew their minds and recharge their souls. That’s why we have created gatherings across the country and around the world. Throughout the year, men will have the chance to gather together and celebrate important events like marriage seminars, team competitions, and divisional retreats. During these times, we come to recognize the sacrifice that TMF warriors have made throughout the year.

  • The cost of these events range from $500 to $5,000 but many of our men earn enough points throughout the year to cover the full costs.
  • We also offer complimentary registrations based on need. Contact us to find out more.
