In 1986 our founder, Hank Groff, came to Jacksonville Florida, eventually making his way to his first permanent Duty Station in Atlantic Beach, Florida. From 1986-1988, Hank served as Petty Officer at the Shore Intermediate Maintenance Activity facility (SIMA) Mayport Naval Station. During this time, he won the heavyweight Mr. Jacksonville bodybuilding championships in 1987.

 It was here that Hank attended New Life Christian Fellowship, a growing church in Jacksonville. There he met his wife, Aixa Estevez, and together they will celebrate 35 years of marriage in 2025. Hank is an author, advisor, speaker, and the Commander General of TMF Warrior. But most importantly, he is a devoted husband, loving father, and passionately serves his Commander-In-Chief, the Lord Jesus Christ.
